        Utterly refreshing and human in every interaction. Fielded our squiggly circumstances and fiddly needs deftly and efficiently. Cant recommend them highly enough - since securing our place theyve gone above and beyond to additionally address the nice-to-haves with a pace that can only be described as impressive. If youre fed up with dealing with faceless processing and computers saying no, this lot have an alternative that works.

        Lifeboat Lettings have been absolutely brilliant. They have done everything so quickly and efficiently and always been on hand to answer any questions weve had. From our first phone call with Erin to liaising with Alex and Jenny to get us moved into our flat, their friendliness and helpful nature has been second to none. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with letting agents in the past who have been very cold and rude, but Lifeboat Lettings are the opposite - very warm and lovely people. Cannot praise them enough :)
