Penny has been amazing, I had no idea how many options there were when making curtains. From the very beginning she obviously wanted to do the very best job possible. She advised us, with the utmost patience, on linings, tracks, pleats, and was always available whenever we had a question. I picked up the curtains from the workshop yesterday and am delighted. She clearly loves what she does and is a pleasure to do business with. Thank you!

We have used Penny on a number of occasions. Always very helpful and assisting to our requirements. Her attention to detail has been very helpful in choosing the right fabric and suitability of blinds and curtains for our home. We highly recommend Penny and her team.

Penny from Merchants and Makers was great, she helped us every step of the way from advising what styles of curtains/blinds would be best for our bespoke bay windows to helping with the fabrics and pelmets to work best for each room. Would highly recommend if you are looking for great customer service! 5 stars!

An amazing place full of brilliant wallpaper and gorgeous fabrics. Penny and Alan make a great team. They are really welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble and there is nothing to which a solution can't be found. Highly recommended.
