There was no employee standing at the counter, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes but no sign of anyone. Instead of wasting away I ordered from the app (not helpful for older generations). Once I completed my order some sort of bell/alarm loudly rung out All of a sudden some half asleep tim nice but dim millennial shuffled out from the back (no exchange of words) so I assumed he was a robot missing a communication function began to prepare my food. Watching him was painful, almost as painful as the dry chicken grating down my throat because its been sitting in a glorified hostess trolly for the entirety of his shift. Normally when I visit this services I go to another of the eateries but I thought Id try a healthy option this time. Sod it.. Id rather get fat than have to deal with this place again, I always wondered why this was the only eatery never to have a queue.. now I understand why! Avoid unless you like a Mexican meal as a side order to disappointment.

Slightly disappointed with my last visit an new ordering system. Before you'd order your food and they would prepare it in front of you now it doesn't work that way and as a result for me it lacks some of the quality that it had before. For an example I ordered a beef burrito but it happened to be lacking a sufficient amount of beef. I noticed my daughters was the same as well as a woman bringing back her order complaining of the same issues whilst we awaited our order. For my burrito needs I'll be using Nana Mexico until this problem is fixed.
