!!!!!!!Discusting costumer service!!!!!!!!!!They refused service due to have no change for 50 note with extreme rudnes from both sellers.The leading global retailer in news, books and convenience items for customers on the go but let down by rude staff and lack of change.Disappointing.

Unlike those WHSmith stores at the likes of Moto and Welcome Break services the WHS store at the Cambridge Extra services do not manage the car and lorry parking payments. There are parking payment machines as you walk through the doors to enter the main atrium on the right hand side. Nor do they have the keys to showers, and they don't issue the coach drivers meal vouchers. They do have various Nescafe coffee, hot chocolate, Twinings tea hot drinks for 1.50, national lottery machine, and a 3.99 / 4.99 sandwich, drink and snack meal deal. Along with a selection of ice creams, chilled drinks, mobile phone accessories, a small selection of health and beauty products, newspapers and magazines.

Is a basic WHSmiths, has hot drink machine and cold drinks, with some sandwiches and snacks. Has daily newspapers, magazines and books inside too. Only has one human run till, the rest is machines so the queue builds up quickly!
