        We moved our rental property from another agent to East Links a few years ago and have never looked back. The staff are great, they're knowledgeable and helpful and understanding of both landlord and tenant situations. Would definitely recommend them for both tenants and landlords.

        Stay away from EastLinks. Staff are rude and on inspection never write down about issues within the property rented. They will do there up most to not give you back your deposit. There using own builders who are family relations. And not registered for VAT. The builders give a quote for repairs. The invoice is 3 times higher. EastLinks keep your deposit. Take as many photos. Don't have your hard earned money taken away from you. Crooks. Avoid at all cost to yourself. WARNING

        Won't be renting through them again. We had a boiler issues no heating or hot water, apparently checking on updates every two days was harassing the staff?!?!?! Wonderful landlord let down by the agents.
