Took my dad's 2 dogs too kareBear's whilst my dad was in hospital with some serious problem's, it did take a lot for my dad to agree for them to go as we couldn't look after them as well as kareBear's could, they was looked after and we could see a huge difference in his dogs behavior for the better, they looked well and was happy even down too their personality, after a lot of research i decided to to pick KareBear's due to there reviews and picture's on there website and also me and my partner having discussions with various people at KareBear's about there website which included there prices, fortunately my dad did make a good recovery and was allowed home to be with his dog's, the dog's spent 6 days at KareBear's and we was told that we pay when we pick them up, unfortunately when we picked them up we was charged triple the amount for there stay, there website said 2 dogs sharing 15 a night (bearing in mind we had all ready discussed what was said on there website), thats why we picked them, and it was only when they charged us 265 (should off been 90) that i rang them, i was told the website was out of date and it was only then they changed the price's to 22.50 per dog per night, (screenshots available for both price's) that is a staggering difference to what was spoken about over the phone, just be careful when picking KareBear's as there price's did change for us which was very disappointing. Just make sure your both on the same page about prices.

We love our dogs more than people, so we wouldn't leave our girls with just anyone. I can honestly say we wholeheartedly trust Kelly and Billy with Lady and Lilah and can see how much they care about them, rather than seeing it as just a business. The kennels are heated to make sure they do not feel to cold which was a big worry of mine and they get plenty of cuddles!. It's such a nice touch to see photo updates of them whilst we are on holiday too. It really really means a lot when you are missing them! Thank you for looking after them. Highly Recommend.
