We have yet to have our windows installed, and already the process has been challenging to say the least. Fineline / SEH BAC seem to change their product lines every couple of months and are then unclear on what the specifications are, meaning constant re-quoting and re-specifying. On the final occasion, this was AFTER we had paid a deposit against an agreed specification. We were then provided an installation date and coordinated this with some building work as part of a renovation. SEH BAC have now pushed out the delivery date another EIGHT WEEKS. Not impressed!

The window was are amazing Apart from after service so far? Fitters was fantastic but I need the aftersales to return my emails just one small issue needs sorting please chaps you did a good job being spoilt buy office after sales and service please ensure we have the hard copy guarantees as we asked for on sales consultation 4th request catking close

Hi. I had some work to my house carried out with no problems atall. I was very happy with all work & the attitude of the workmen including scaffolding that was needed to do my whole job. Would definitely come here again.. Brendan, Chatham...

I would have preferred to see the contract before I signed anything but I am aware of my legal rights so was not overly concerned.
