        Extremely polite, courteous of the home, asking if they needed to take shoes off. Unwrapped the mattress, took away the rubbish and my old mattress. Fast and efficient and let me know by a phone call that I was next and a estimated time of arrival. Cannot thank them enough. Had my first nights sleep , and it was beautiful. Well done Sussex beds. You have a customer for life. 5 star rating
