Really excellent food for which you have to pay today's higher prices. But let's hope this keeps one good pub open.

Visited on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of parking. Draft beers were excellent and very well kept Food available most of the day. Beef and ale pie was really good

Great pub but the glasses are always dirty. My son was served a shot in a glass that was so dirty and contaminated that he immediately had to run to the toilet to throw up. today I ordered a glass of wine and red bits were floating around, the bar lady simply took the glass and pored it into another one. It was only when I went outside did I notice the dirt inside the second glass. Pint after pint has been swapped in the past. I wish this wasnt the case as its such a nice pub with a lovely garden - just not worth the germs/infection (or being made to feel daft for not wanting to drink out of them)

We went as a big group and everything was lovely and everyone was happy with their meal, only thing Id say is I had the buttermilk burger and it was really nice but just didnt seem that specially presented as all the other meals. But overly a really nice pub and really great atmosphere x

Lovely country pub with good selection of drinks and excellent chips!
