St. Mary's is a very impressively proportioned church nestling at the bottom of the steep hill where Boxford village centre merges with the main road. Striking church in prominent position in the centre of the village. Lovely stained glass window and a few remnants of medieval wall painting. Supposed to be a memorial to a lady who lived to the ripe old age of 113, although we didn't find it!
