Soul Integration Healing

I started therapy with Ottavia around a year ago, I have a way to go due to my complexities, but I have every confidence in my healing, not just because of Ottavia's presence, but because she has helped me become confident in my own ability to heal myself and that is an invaluable life skill. Ottavia's knowledge is extensive, in my opinion, she is an expert in trauma informed therapies, such as Somatic Experiencing and IFS, both of which I have found to be highly effective. These modalities are the skillset she has taught me to apply to myself, but what I will one day leave therapy with is the impression of a therapist that is beyond just kind, compassionate, patient, non judgemental, nurturing and validating, she is a maternal guide through very difficult experiences that may have long since passed, but need to be witnessed and unburdened. I will always be grateful to Ottavia for her authenticity and care.

I came to see Ottavia to experience Reiki for the first time and to achieve better balance in my body, energy and mind. I found Ottavia to be incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and warm in her approach and application. She went above and beyond to understand and align my body and mind after a difficult few years and she also added parts work to my visits which I found incredibly beneficial to address a few things from my formative years. Since seeing Ottavia my body and mind has opened and relaxed and I now have techniques and approaches I can use at home, with others, and on my children in the good and more challenging times ahead. Thank you Ottavia for giving me such an incredible holistic healing experience.

I have worked with Ottavia with Somatic Experiencing therapy, Reiki treatments and recently partook in her Reiki 1 workshop. There is a total authenticity to her and her style in both therapy and teaching that makes the experience deeply trustworthy and powerful. The course was beautifully held in a picturesque setting with the day made special by all minor details being thought of. Working with Ottavia has been powerful, rewarding and fun and I am grateful for our experience together.

Ive been working with Ottavia for the last few months and I can only describe the experience as life changing. Ottavia has helped me understand and heal parts of myself that wouldve been left untouched to continue to cause harm and inhibit me from becoming my true self.
