I had a very disappointing experience with M&M Automotive. After viewing a taxi on March 2nd and paying a deposit of 240, I was aware that the vehicle needed an MOT. However, I never heard back from them until I had to call on March 10th. They then informed me that the vehicle needed electrical work to pass its MOT, but even after three weeks, there was still no update on when it would be ready. The lack of communication and delay in getting the vehicle ready was frustrating and unprofessional. I ultimately decided not to go ahead with the purchase, but despite not receiving the vehicle or any services from them, M&M Automotive kept my 240 deposit without offering a refund. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this dealership.

I had excellent service from James in selling my Classic Mercedes. He bent over backwards to do everything to facilitate its sale. I highly recommend him and his team at M & M Automotive.

Fantastic service from start to finish. James was brilliant and couldnt have done more for my son with his first car. Its never easy buying a car however James made this experience reassuring unlike other garages out there !
