We had a sale fall through when we were all boxed up ready to go. Peter Coopers staff went out of their way to accommodate our cancellation and offered a small removal into our loft whilst we resold. They were sympathetic and they pulled out all the stops to fit us in at the last minute for our successful move. Both office staff and removals men are Heros. I cannot rate them highly enough and our removal was smooth and successful.

Excellent service from initial phone contact through to the move itself; office staff friendly, accommodating and helpful; the van arrived on time and a fairly complex (if local) move was handled with patience and good humour by the four men who moved our possessions carefully and efficiently, checking that we were happy with everything before departing (sorry I can't recall their names to thank the personally). We have used this firm twice now and I can't recommend them highly enough. Good value and a thoroughly professional service.
