Called up Ribble Valley to check if they had a Woom 4 in stock, after experiencing bad customer service with another Woom retailer. The chap on the phone was lovely! He advised me that it would be dispatched on Monday, but low and behold - it arrived today! So happy! Speedy and great service. Daughter will be chuffed with her Christmas present, especially as it is purple!

Ideal location in the Trough of Bowland. I rented an eBike for a half day and had a great time. Very little traffic lots of friendly cyclists, no trouble with the hills either!

We wanted to experience electric mountain bikes for some time. The bikes offered by Ribble Valley E-Bikes and the fantastic routes at Gisburn Forest were the ideal option, they even delivered and picked up from the Forest hub! The bikes are a great piece of kit, plenty of battery life, we cycled for 4-5 hours and there was still a third of the charge available. Easy to operate, we were given a full run down on the controls. A tool kit and spare inner tubes were provided. Thanks to Roger and the team, see you again soon!

Just had a great afternoon, cycling with my 82 year old father in law, we could all cycle together on different bikes, some E bikes, some normal. Great way to cycle, great area, great service and support. We will be back, graham, Heidi, benjamin & bruno
