Greens Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

I have been going to this pharmacy for the past 10 years. The staff are brilliant and helpful the pharmacist goes out of her way to be helpful. They have now had it refurbished it is bright and clean with lovely displays..totally recommend this pharmacy...

Literally the worst pharmacy. Items either always outof stock or need to be ordered in. Service is unbelievably slow. I hate using this service and only go here becuase its next to the doctors surgery and they tend to send the prescription directly there. But ironically this does not help the service. The whole point is that the prescription is ready to collect but it NEVER IS! Today I brought it a prescription for eye drops. No word that they didnt have it and said they were working on it. Again taking forever so I leave to go to the doctors to get a blood test form which took 10 minutes. I come back eyesdrops still not ready and no one has a clue whats going on. They then tell me they dont have it and have to order it in. One prescription which I didnt even end up recieving took 30 minutes!!! Honestly such an inefficient service

Absolutely disgusting attitude They deserve no stars Rolling your eyes at a customer who is collecting medication for a terminal ill cancer patient just because I got the date wrong when asked the date of birth Teach yourselves humanity you dont know what people go through behind closed doors. I will from now on make sure no prescription go through this pharmacy

Very upset and angry with the attitude of the staff. We were very polite and patient on the phone and in return were spoken to in a manner that was not acceptable.
