        Just called to make an enquiry and I have never received such a poor level of customer service the lady on the phone was so rude and didnt even listen to what I had to say. Do not use their services

        DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY They will take your money and provide not even a basic service, they are rude, they lie and make poor excuses for their lack of management, repairs and replacements take months if they happen at all. Completely incompetent

        The worst agency ever. They don't care about their tenants safety. The only thing they care about is the money. We had mice in our house and my flatmate reported that in October. The first time they send someone is after 4 weeks. They killed one mouse only. Then I found another mouse in the house. I reported it in November but they did not respond. On Christmas day I had to call another pest control company and pay them. When I asked the landlord who is the agency owner to refund me, she said it's not her business. They tight you in fixed long term contract so you can't leave if your circumstances changed. Their prices are so expensive compared to others.
