They promised the house would be ready on October 15th. But they postponed to October 30th and when I told them that I have no place to live for the extra 2 weeks they didn't care at all.

If I could give a zero rating I could. They sold me a luxury flat in Leyton which didnt have the oven and hob connected to the mcb. They claimed to have fitted magnet kitchens- by using magnet branded hardware. But the carcasses were largely bits of old egger board and carved up carcasses from with mismatched random doors on top. There was no wall at all behind the boiler which was held up by chicken wire. Dangerous and shoddy workmanship. No end of problems with this company

This organization doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!!!... Please try to avoid the mistake I've made and don't ever rent any properties with them. Their unprofessionalism is shocking! They took the liberty to come several times into my flat without any consent from my side or noticing me afterward. They used very cheap material (the lift is never working, the electric machine to top up your consummation isn't working reliably either and I once lost the worth of a 1-month grocery because it randomly stopped working and they didn't take any accountability for it) and last but not least I applied 3x for the same property with a different type of people (ethnicities-wise) and I've been given 3 different prices. I leave you to imagine for which group the price was higher! Hopefully for me, I'm glad I found a way out before the end of my tenancy.

Disgusting service! I was physically assaulted by an agent, she refused my viewing because I was honest and told her her communication on open rent was poor, so she said I was rude, and will not show me the property. I drove 30 minutes to the site, left work early for this viewing, to then be refused because of the truth, absolutely disgusting. I now have marks on my arms, where she dug her nails into me whilst picking me up and throwing me out the way. I have reported her to the police and will be filing a charge against her for assault. The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but in order for me to type this review I had to select a star. I have pictures of the assault, and I would be more than happy to share them with anyone, please let me know.
