        Horrible customer service , they sell broken items and refuse replacement or refund dont buy anything from here dont waste your money youre better off at any other secondhand store

        Many thanks for the great service from Ali and the team. We bought our fridge and the washing machine from ocean Electricals. Recently there was something wrong with the washing machine, I only made one call to Ali and he and the team came to fix it on the next day available.Im very happy with the two purchases I made with them and the service I got from them.
