When we moved out, they tried to charge us for things that were either pre-existing or their own maintenance crew had done (they tried to charge us for a fire alarm theyd replaced that apparently didnt meet fire regulations).
Took months to get our deposit back after agreeing all the deductions - which they tried to get us to pay upfront rather than taking from our deposit. They withheld our deposit on the grounds of needing to prove wed settled the household bills (which were in my name, not the landlords so wasnt relevant or legal to do). They also ignored my emails for a month until I was able to provide the bills (which I shouldnt have needed to do).
Id give them no stars if I could.

Edit: whilst the move went smoothly, the agency has been terrible ever since in handling any of our issues. They consistently ignore our emails and if we do get a reply, it tends to be very brief and a bit snarky. We've recently reported leaks in 3 separate emails, the first of which was aent on August 17th. When we finally got a reply today (27th Sep) regarding a different issue, we were told the landlord said repairs weren't worth it - but nobody ever bothered to inform us about this in the 6 weeks since we first got in touch. Wouldn't recommend.
