Please stay away from this hair salon, the hairdresser ruined my hair. After having moved to the U.K, I was not able to use my regular hairdresser and so I found this salon. I had a beautiful haircut and long hair thanks to my fantastic hairdresser back home, I asked the hairdresser from this salon to simply maintain my existing haircut, but to simply freshen it up. This woman butchered my hair in a way I have never experienced before. I requested that she keep the long length, and to simply cut beautiful medium length layers to add volume at the top. This woman cut off all the length, failed to cut proper layers in my hair, not to mention, she cut the bottom of the hair in ZIZAGS!!! In fact my hair is all one big ZIGZAG. The bottom of my hair is in strands. In fact the haircut is so bad, that she managed to thin out my hair underneath, and this is very telling as I have very thick curly hair. This woman destroyed my hair, hair that took me years to grow out!! I am actually in tears. Before I went to this salon, EVERYONE, would compliment me on how beautiful my hair was cut. Since leaving the salon on Wednesday, everyone has been horrified at how badly my hair was destroyed. Not only did she not give me the cut I requested, she botched my hair and had the audacity to slander my hairdresser from back home - my hairdresser who gave me such a wonderful haircut, that I was stopped in the street and complimented on it. This lady at Snippers, was clearly projecting her own incompetence onto someone else. All this mess cost me 50.00. My hairdresser back home, gave me a stunning haircut for 10. Snippers is a rip off with amateur hairdressers.

After a disastrous experience at another salon, I was a little nervous to get my hair done at a salon. My fears were put at ease immediately. I could not be happier with my hair and my experience. I genuinely couldnt believe they were able to fix it considering how bad the colouring was. So professional! Amazing atmosphere ! Excellent care/service! They love what they do and went above a beyond. So glad I went here. They really saved the day !
