The one we ordered was missing an entire section of tubing. The tubes that were sent were of the wrong size, when I rang them the director of the company said I should grind them to correct length, so I had to help them fabricate the correct structure.
The end timbers were the wrong size for the height of the tunnel as supplied.
We were given many extra fixings that were meant to be for a tunnel with a base rail, ours should have been supplied for burying the plastic.
The original cover they sent was too short.
There is no way to tighten the cover to the frame, which will reduce the life of the cover.
Their customer service is appalling. I have raised the above issues with Ellipse, and a full callendar month later they haven't responded.
I have constructed nearly 30 tunnels. If you are looking for a good quality product from a reputable supplier I would go else where.
