Ordered solar panels and an inverter for my workshop. I went with ITS because their delivery was the fastest and they offered assistance with putting together a kit based on the dimensions and characteristics of the roof. Their quote was competitive too. I didn't have time to familiarise myself with the different available brands of rails, so this was very helpful. There was one misunderstanding about the specific way that I had in mind for installing the solar panels, but I can't blame ITS for that. In any case they rectified the issue immediately and sent the extra components I needed for no additional charge. I expect to order again from ITS and already recommended to others.

Great price, let down by incompetent customer service. Delivered to wrong address despite the email confirmation by their staff (Liora Luria) of the updated delivery details. Luckily the courier phoned us and we managed to get the pallet in time for the installation.

Contacted them for technical advice after a recommendation from a neighbour. Johnathon provided a full helpful reply and I intend using them as a supplier.

A nice enough bunch to deal with but unfortunately they seem unaware of a retailers obligations under UK consumer law. Possibly a training point they should address as it would save their customers lot of time and frustration.
