Octopus Re-Engineering Ltd

Hi All, Octopus Re-Engineering Ltd is a Deceiving, Misconducting and Discriminating Employment agency I ever experienced. This employment agency lure you into believing that they have the jobs you want, and then asking you for all the papers like CV, Portfolios & all other registration papers, so they can register you on their database. A little bit of later, they start to email you and ask few questions, which they think are very important and relevant to their employer job offer. However, in reality, they are playing a full with you, asking things like: Can you confirm your second name please? Or What is your career aspirations for the next 5 years? (Although you are applying for 3 months contract) And after they asked a lot of irrelevant questions, here comes the most laughable one: Can I submit your CV to the employer? or Can I have your permission to submit your CV? And this is the point you realize the agency wasnt doing anything for the last week. All they are doing is playing with you, making you believe that they actually talk to the employer and send them your CV or Portfolio. And when you obviously, ask them the question like: Why you havent submitted my CV already?, and What have you been doing all that time?,- they email you that they will not be submitting your CV to the employer and represent you to the potential employer who is interested in you. This is all done under pretense of being offended by your question about their delay. Hypocrisy under mask of righteousness. So, People, Its time we all wake up and declare the war on deceiving and wasting our time agencies, who just intercepting our CVs and trying to make some money out of our Education, Skills & Experience. We DO NOT NEED AGENCIES, THEY NEED US. And being Chartered Engineers & Chartered Architects like me, I believe we can get the best jobs without uneducated and unqualified agents-interceptors. I never got the best job from agency; I always got the job directly from employer, and I think most of us did. So, colleagues and co-workers, tell everyone about such agencies and provide a relevant feedbacks about them, so people will not waste time with them. Spread the word and let people know the truth about them. Agencies like Octopus Re-engineering, Hays, Essential Employment, g2 and many others should be blacklisted & avoided at all cost. Well, agencies time is coming to an end anyway, as people realize they are not doing anything at all.
