I have dealt with Darren Ray and Jason Gardener at this business, They put me forward for a role with a great client that unfortunately I lost out to due to the clients preference for the other candidates put forward. I was communicated with to a very high standard and managed throughout the process very well. I started working at Rutherford Grant Recruitment In January 2017. The management team, and training provided have been fantastic. Management staff organise monthly 1-1 sessions in which all concerns and struggles are able to be aired. I found this very helpful; as it has enabled me to grow as a recruitment consultant. Brendan (Training Manager) in particular, has been incredibly supportive and has provided exceptional training. I cannot rate Rutherford Grant Recruitment highly enough.
