Very disappointed with the service and food. The roast nut dinner was served as turkey feeling! My partner ordered a turkey tasted really horrible even my littles didn't want to eat this turkey from roast dinner. No bins in toilet for dirty hand paper towel! Playing area for kids ..asked me to pay twice for soft play area! The payment couldn't be done straight away and asked us to left with our family ! If you going out earlier. Service was delayed over 1hour ! My complaint have been send straight away to the head manager Emma and 6 weeks now where I haven't received the response after multiple chasing by phone and emails...I am ignored and no responsibility for mistakes! I am not recommending this restaurant.

Unfortunately quite a bad experience. Arrived and the staff were very nice! The problem I had was the food and the cleanliness. The entire floor, every step I took, was sticky and as a person with ADHD and Autism it was killing me but I understand that as a place that had a lot of children thats going to happen. We ordered the Pt and the main criticism I had was the amount given. Given LOADS of Pt which is great for my pig self but only given four tiny smaller-than-my-palm rock-hard slices of bread. We got it to share and were then unable to :(( The taste was completely fine though! We got fish and chips for the main and it was really disappointing. The Fish was really hard to cut up and when I actually did break it the fish was darker in colour for the majority of it and very greasy. The chips werent any better. Left them as they were soggy, soft yet piping hot which I can only assume means it was microwaved. Mushy peas were extremely dry so didnt eat those either. While waiting to order more drinks the staff started arguing in front of me which was kinda awkward. Update: awake most of the night nauseous when thats the only bad thing I ate that day so that was fun!
