I approached Chris at Otus Financial Planning about providing me with advice and a balanced view on the pros and cons of transferring out of a Defined Benefit pension scheme. The report and subsequent discussions we had were straightforward and easy to understand which allowed me to make an informed decision about what I should do for the best. Chris and his admin team made the entire process very smooth and painless. Every step of the way I was kept in the picture where things were up to and what was going to happen next. I really cant fault the service that Chris and his team provided me with.

I was taking early retirement and needed an IFA to help organise my pension planning. Chris was recommended to me by a trusted work colleague. From the very first meeting Chris has been charming and personable, he never rushes, takes time to have a chat about life and family. I wanted a specific drawdown facility with my pension, Chris was able to arrange this quickly and smoothly. This facility has been working very successfully for several years. The advice and documentation I have received has always been clearly explained. I also want to mention the 'backroom staff', Charlene and Dave. They have been really helpful with queries, very responsive. Thoroughly recommend Otus.
