Truly excellent service and communication from Dan throughout the process of my Ormsby 7 string preorder. Very friendly and professional, and kept me updated despite production delays. My patience paid off and I now have an absolute beauty of a guitar in my hands thanks to Dan, correctly packaged and tracked shipping to ensure it found its way to me safely. I have ordered from germany looking for a bstock or refurbished ESP E-II T-B7. Dan is super friendly and will help you along every step. The guitar is propably the best setup one I had (because I didnt do it) only the high E string didnt survive the shipping.

I've been dealing with Live Louder for a little while now and it's been an absolute pleasure. I had a Left handed 8 string Ormsby on pre-order for nearly a year that I had to sadly pull out of, thankfully i was able to jump back in and Dan was amazing to deal with, got me sorted straight away, found a 5 string bass for me that he doesn't normally stock at a great price. When it turned up at the shop initially it had some fret issues. Dan messaged me straight away about it, kept me in the loop the whole time, sent it back for a replacement, set it up when the replacement arrived and it had it out to me rapidly. Customer service and attention to detail is second to none. As far as I'm concerned LiveLouder is my go to for anything instrument based from now on and if you haven't dealt with them yet, you absolutely should.

I pre-ordered the Ibanez TOD10N from Live Louder back on the 12th of October 2022, and promptly called in to check everything was okay with my order and to confirm refund / cancellation policies in case I needed them. Dan kept me fully up to date with all the information I needed to know about my orders progress; when there was a delay to the delivery of the batch and the new estimated arrival of the guitars, and once more to confirm the delivery address once it was ready to ship. It arrived today and I couldnt be happier! Dan has offered second to none customer service throughout my entire order and I would highly reccomend purchasing your musical equipment from Live Louder without a second thought.
