        Whilst we were using Mango Tech, our experience of their customer service was mixed, sometimes it was great and other time it could be poor. However once we moved to a new provider, the handover has been well below our expectations. We still have an outstanding issue, after 6 months and we are not getting any response from Greg.

        Very disappointed as I ordered products from Mango Tech online and never received a confirmation email or the products despite them taking almost 400. I called numerous times to get things sorted but nothing was done.
