We were promised a team of 3 or 4 carers who would come at a particular time daily and get to know mum. And she wanted to get to know them. After the 12 th different person in 3 weeks she gave up trying to learn their names and they had no idea of her personality or needs. They turned up at all times of day. Complaints led to no improvement. Still trying to get our deposit back. Not impressed.

A massive thanks to the girls who came to help look after my dad after his discharge from hospital up to the day he passed away. They were kind and caring at every visit. They never rushed or were eager to get out of the door. They always were happy to listen to our worries and to offer words of kindness and advice. There is no way we would have been able to grant my dad's final wish, to die at home, without them. You were amazing! Thank-you. We will never forget what you did for us.

Absolute Care are caring for my mum since being discharged from hospital. Not remotely impressed. Come when they're not needed. Can't even put a bath lift in place. Management not very good

Until very recently, Absolute Care provided carers for my parents who were no longer able to look after themselves properly. Living in London, it was hard for me to keep up with the practicalities of caring for them day to day, but I was able to put my complete trust in the team who went in to see my mum and dad, and I knew that they were being looked after in a kind and thoughtful way, despite the time constraints which are unavoidable in this situation. My mother's dementia meant that she could be quite challenging, but the carers were always patient with her, and took the initiative when, for instance, it was necessary to call paramedics. My dad's disabilities confined him to his room, unable to do anything for himself, but the carers looked after him with gentleness and good humour, respecting his dignity and individuality. Now that both of my parents are in care homes, I am very happy to be able to say how grateful my brother and I both are for how well the whole Absolute Care team looked after them. We want to say thank you to the carers who came to our parents' home, and for the kind and non-judgemental support we received whenever we spoke to the people in the office.
