    I am deeply disappointed with these unprofessional staffs in this area... Why? I found a client who's has a trauma experienced and didn't understanding of this person experienced where that staff couldn't understanding this person who have been through suffering times. However, there's a mutual friends in this area who knowing other deaf community and gossips in work in unprofessional way. None of non-deaf staff who has none got qualification of Standard by British Sign Language in clients needs of communication and knowledge of their needs. So, a client has been complaining frequently about these staffs who had been neglected this person for asking to make a calls. Unfortunately, there is none of them is non-deaf nor deaf staffs who didn't even want to make that happened. Hayley, I am deeply regretted to said this. Your professional isn't work in this way towards to staffs and clients. And, some of staffs are overly hours in a week average - 42 - 72 hours a weeks. In regulation policy that hours must be maximum 36.5 hours a week, however. You have been put these staff in the risks of stressing levels and heart blood pressure levels to increasing the risks of dying or death. I am aware of this lock-down. But, you cannot hide away from people problems. A client, wanted to be independence as this situation has been stopped this person to doing as now doing nothing as all at this feeling made this person feeling neglected and unwanted. However, I am willing keep hearing from this client regards potentially failing of CQC Officer, they possible willing see this review of what I wrote. I will ensure keep the eyes everywhere in this area where you putting information towards to clients and staffs too. Question, Do you have a full of qualification of Social and Care Degrees and Business Degrees as well? How many staffing do you have, currently? What is your policy towards to staffs and clients regards "Take care of them"? Anyhow, I can see that in this situation of COVID-19 lockdown. But, you're putting the staffs and clients in the risks.
