        This group is wonderfully supported and guided by Sophie who has been just brilliant all through lockdown She's constantly in touch with members and has lots of great ideas which pick me up just when I feel like I need an extra push I've been a SW member before and Sophie is one of the best group leaders I've come across Also great group members who are very supportive and encouraging
