    The service was good in 2021 and half of 2022. In the end of 2022 we had lots of disruptions and we were not able to work. My partner and I work from home and spend 8 hours on teams calls. All our communication with the support service were absolutely useless. We moved to another internet provider, and the difference in service were substantial. The overall comms regarding closing our agreement was unsatisfactory as well. We received lots of unconnected emails from Hey! broadband and they they transferred us to a debt collection agency. Dont recommend using that company.

    Been a customer for a year now. Initially the service was great, installation was smooth and speeds were good. I'd initially recommend Hey Broadband but now I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. I was a Virgin customer in my previous house and called them maybe 5 times in 15 years. I've now called customer support close to 10 times in a year with issues. From no connection, to streaming service not working as HeyBroadband route traffic via Spain. To recently being locked out of all Office 365 as it saw I was connected by an IP owned by an Australian company. Today Netflix and Amazon prime have been blocked as I'm apparently using a VPN, I'm not. After a quick inspection shows I'm connected via Spain again.

    During the day the wifi is good and works sufficiently on all devices in the house. However, at exactly 11:58 every single night without fail it completely turns off. This is an inconvenience to me as it disrupts my games and my phone and it takes a long time to reset. Its starting to become a big inconvenience
