I would just like to thank Michael and the team at Invest in Digital for all their help in creating a feedback system for my new website. Being a new business I debated whether it was worth the investment to try to implement something like a feedback system but after months of deliberating I decided to take the plunge and ask Michael to organise it for me. The process was extremely simple. Michael met with me to discuss and understand my business. He made sure he knew what I was looking for, who my target customers were, who my competitors were and what I offered as a service. He then went away and did his own market research to create a list of keywords that would then be implemented on my site to improve its SEO. He also provided me with a list of the main influencers in the sector I operate in so I could easily see what sort of thing was being searched for, what the most popular shared article was or what and who people were re-tweeting. This enabled me to develop, in my own head, a strategy for my business going forward. It gave me something to aim at and helped me to better understand what was happening in the market place In addition to this Invest in Digital created an on-line feedback page which integrated seamlessly with my website to allow people, who had used my service, to leave me feedback which would in turn be posted to my social media accounts. He helped me set up my Google plus page, and the associated my business page which would hopefully help me generate more business and further enhance my visibility on line. The whole process was painless and easy and I look forward to developing my business further with the other things offered by Invest in Digital which include email campaigns and newsletters. I cannot rate Michael and Invest in Digital enough and would highly recommend anyone looking to improve their on line presence and enhance their customer experience to give Michael a call.

I have operated in City Centre Manchester as a Personal Trainer for 7 years and my SEO ranking has always been okay (fluctuating between the bottom of page 1 and page 3 for my key words).
