Edited to say the owner kindly contacted me via email about my booking and to take more information from me. Her husband would have been the person feeding the lambs, not the staff and I received great customer service from her. Many Thanks Went for Easter Egg hunt today, kids enjoyed the wander round and seeing the animals but not worth 7.50 per child sadly- reused quiz sheets that were crumpled and pencil rubbed out (1 sheet between 3 children, when they all want a go didn't go down too well and we weren't offered more than 1). We finished the hunt and stood waiting for over 5 mins as no staff member on the desk. Girl appeared, and wasn't sure what to do as she was from the caf and she went to find another member of staff- about 6 of them appeared from the lambing shed where they'd been feeding the lambs in their caf uniform. This instantly put us off eating at the ice cream parlour, yes you can wash hands, but unless they changed uniforms it wouldn't be very hygienic. Wellies definitely recommended if doing the trail as you are walking around a field, thankfully we'd gone prepared .
