        I did the (intensive) one-week course in Veggie & vegan cooking last week. Its well worth it. A lot of recipes and techniques that I am looking forward to practicing many of the new (to me) recipes. Id recommend it.

        Had a creat day cooking with Lajina, doing the vegetarian street food course. Enjoyed cooking with a partner, as this encouraged communication and learning how others cook. Would recommend this course. Wasn't keen on having to wear a mask for the whole day but needs must.
