For us it was such an important part of the process in deciding to buy a certain house and his contribution reaffirmed it was the right property for us to buy. Of significance is the prompt survey, clarity of his report and the helpful discussions prior and post survey. Having easy access to the person doing the survey, Daniel in our case, proved to be important as is the discussion. Daniel conducted the survey extremely promptly. He found some potentially costly issues with the property I was purchasing. I would not have known about issues with the drains unless I had had the survey. I would recommend Daniel and RICS Chartered Building Surveyors and Valuers. The service offered was professional, quick and value for money.
