        Too few wheelchair accessible cabs. Edit: 4th September it was. There were none, I need one. That's likely the reason I haven't made bookings

        Dishonest company, terrible service, and owner is a liar. Their website says that they charge 35 from Durham to Newcastle airport, but arriving at the airport the taxi driver charged me 42. I said that the website listed 35. The taxi driver responded rudely to me saying that I was wrong. He called the owner of the company who didn't do anything about it, he said that their prices had changed and had not updated the website. Yet, he didn't offer any compensation or apology. Terrible service and dishonesty people. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. THE REPLY BELOW IS A LIE!!!
