Cost: 65 for less than 10 minutes work.
Quality: fused broken wire back together then wrapped in insulation tape - did not replace as expected.
Service: when booking the appointment I was not made aware of any call out fee however when I challenged the cost of the job I was informed this included a call out fee despite this appointment being arranged 2 days prior to visit within normal working hours.
In summary - disappointing.
