I wandered into this shop for an emergency jewellery replacement after my high nostril disappeared on me in my sleep...the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and skilled, and were happy to help me even at the very end of their work day, while still finishing up a tattoo client. They went above and beyond to help! Their lovely piercer managed to re-insert the post with no issues, after I failed to get this done at two other shops...I'm very grateful! The next time I come to this shop will be on purpose. :)
