Horrible. The staff in there are really rude. Waited over 10 mins to be served because they prioritise delivery orders. Then was told I can only order off the menu and not a custom sandwich. After grilling they left it out for ages (to deal with deliveries) so it was cold when I eventually got it.

Every time you need to tell them to put proper salad cheese and onion as theyll never put it. Terrible and different in other stores

I was the only customer in the store, I was asked 3 times what bread I want and I kept saying ITALIAN HERBS and when I got home I got PLAIN WHITE bread. I should come back and make you give me another one then?
