Serena is a very kind and professional person. She's very good at what she does, and you can tell how much she loves doing it. We are very glad we found her to take care of our beloved dog!

We have been using Serena's dog grooming services for the last year for our little Lhasa Apso's Eddie and Merlin. As new owners of a long-haired breed, we initially didn't understand the nuances of maintaining their coats. Serena patiently taught us the basics with regards to their daily grooming needs, the best coat-care products, and diet requirements. Not only is Serena a very talented dog groomer (even with Eddie's twitchy head while she is trying to cut around his eyes) but she is a patient advocate for a holistic approach to dog maintenance. Eddie and Merlin's coats have never looked better and it's down to her!

Serena is just absolutely amazing. I have a Finish Lapphund, Coco and she loves to get muddy all the time. She is also a very fussy lady and gets nervous around loud noises. Serena has been an angel, dealing with Coco's antiques. Coco now absolutely loves the spa treatment and is skipping every time we are near by. Thank you from Coco and I.
