Rock On

After a rather intimidating round of online research, some really friendly folks at my local climbing centre recommended that I get shoes fitted at Rock On. The staff there know shoes inside out, ask lots of questions, arent afraid of feet, and aim to get the shoes right so youll enjoy climbing more. I even got some tips about better climbing so shoes last longer. Really generous with their knowledge and time. If you need new shoes, just head straight there and save your time from trial and error. Thank you for all your help!

I came to rock on with the intention of getting a new pair of climbing shoes. The staff were super helpful and helped me find a pair which fit me well and I liked. The shop also had a wide range of equipment and I loved being in the store to just look around. I would highly recommend any climber visits this store if they are in London.

Can't rate this place highly enough for all your climbing needs. Mark was super helpful suggesting the best fit climbing shoes for my foot shape and helping me decide what was right for my climbing. Was happy to show my support and buy from these guys rather than saving a few quid and shopping online.

Was looking for new softer bouldering shoes as I had some stiffer ones that I'd felt we're holding me back. The wide array of shoes may seem daunting if your starting out and unaware of different brands/types/styles however, the stocked selection is great and reinforces their claim to be a climbing specialist shop. I was assisted by Klara who is very knowledgeable about what shoes would be best suited for me and allowed me to try on various shoes as well as sizes (since your bouldering shoe is normally significantly sized down from your regular shoewear). This shop is right next to Mile End Bouldering Wall so you can put your shoes to great use straight away. The only improvement I would say that could be made is a proper photos of the inside of the shop to show more people just how much of a gem this climbing shop is. 10 out of 10 and I will be recommending my friends to this place.

The shop pressures you to buy shoes that are not comfortable and decreases enjoyment of climbing. They may seem nice, but they scam you into buy bad shoes that are about 20% above prices you can find online.
