In the last 3 years I have had the fortune (mostly misfortune) to use 4 different agents, including the sale of my mothers probate house. The vast majority talked the talk but never delivered....apart from Nick and his team. Not only did he say what he was going to do and deliver, he went above and beyond. The guy just wants to please and I genuinely don't think the commission is his main incentive. The advice he gave, even if you just count the hours outside the times other agents are not working, was invaluable. Whenever an issue arose in a tricky sale, he always had a solution, something even my solicitor wasn't dynamic enough to deal with. I will wholeheartedly recommend Nick to anyone I come across.

I have worked with Nick Karamanlis on a number of occasions, the service received has been nothing short than exceptional! Nick stood out to me due to his approach, attention to detail when marketing and the strategies implemented leading to us now agreeing many sales at optimum prices, the quality of buyer has always been great which must be down to how Nick carefully vets potential buyers and maintaining communication between all parties.
