Calli at the Bow branch guided us through the complex, nearly 6 month long, sale of my partners property. She was always calm, professional and readily available to answer our questions. I cant recommend working with this branch enough and Calli will be on my Xmas card list this year for sure!

I cannot recommend Alex Neil Bow highly enough. Buying and selling a property can be a minefield and very stressful, especially when you don't have much experience (like me). However, the experience was made much less stressful thanks to the vast knowledge and exceptional customer service that was provided by the team in Bow.

Terrible agents, rude, arrogant, unprofessional. Tried giving them management of my let flat, no communication, did not return calls, one occasion I phoned and they asked me to hold and did not return to the call, did not return the deposit at end of tenancy to either me or tenant.
