The rental market is insane at the minute but from the beginning of our experience with Billy at Keatons, it was perfect! He was extremely professional, honest and helpful. We experienced quite a few terrible estate agents so it was wonderful to have had such a smooth and easy process with Billy at Keatons.... highly recommend!

Keatons was great to work with from start to finish. Billy showed us the flat and expertly guided us through the rental process. Jay has been coordinating multiple contractors to sort out minor maintenance issues once the move was complete. Both are responsive and effective. After working with a handful of estate agents in London, I would recommend Keatons without reservation.
