Bad experience with this company. Received an item that was not as displayed. Attempted a return for refund and forced to receive them back, even though pictures on the site are misleading, which is the company's responsibility. Spoke to Beth, the company manger (who refused also to provide her full name and hung up the call), and apart from hollow apologies was unwilling to offer anything but terms and conditions on the sale of underwear. (this is not about underwear policy, it is about taking responsibibility for misleading a customer and an insult to my intelligence as a genuinely sincere consumer). Highly unprofessional. I am quite shocked by such arrogance and patronising complacency.

Fantastic customer service at the Roman Rd store, all the boys working there were so helpful getting different sizes for my husband, and very friendly, we were looked after so nicely. The clothing in store top notch, we were very impressed by the stock.

Bad experience with this company. Received an item that was not as displayed.
