First time going to this Osteotherapist, having being recommended to me. Diagnosed my problem rather quickly and had sorted it out with ease 10/10 I would highly recommend!! Thanks Adele!

Darren is a master in spinal & musculoskeletal issues and many other things besides! Took a really deep look at the presenting problem but also at everything else. A really professional, holistic, scientific and medical approach, while also being informal and friendly. Darren was happy to talk through every detail and takes great care with everything and clearly has decades of experience. Treatment was highly tailored to my issues and included some discussion, manual testing, sonography, massage, needles, osteopathy/some manual corrections, and some homework! My presenting issue (tweaked my back) already feels much better and the underlying issues I have with my shoulder Ive now got clarity on and some exercises to work on too. First session is a longer exploration so is more expensive (130) but more than worth it for the experience and treatment on offer here. I reckon you could easily go to a Harley st professional and pay 3-5x that much and maybe not get as good treatment. Cant recommend Spine Plus Bow more highly, if you have any kind of musculoskeletal issues. A rare find.

After trying a numerous amount of physios with no real results or answers I was put in touch with Adele, she referred me for an MRI (with mind boggling fast scan results). I had my first treatment last night and my back feels the best it has in a long time. Adele broke the scan results and treatment plan into relatable terms I can understand with no confusion. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Couldn't recommend this clinic more. Adele was awesome and really helped with my neck and shoulder pain. I also had some trouble with my ribs from a contact sports injury and the clinic offered to check it out with an ultrasound to ensure I wasn't been misdiagnosed. Will be returning!

Just had a consultation and treatment done by Adele. Absolutely fantastic service and extremely personable. We talked about a wide variety of topics and she helped educate me on why my joint pain is bad. Made me feel like I was receiving VIP treatment. Will 100% go back for further treatments. A true testament of what a healthcare professional is!
