        Terrible after care service.. Shop was closed the day I was suppose to pick up my glasses, was told I would have a fitting of my glass and no appointment was necessary due to the shop being closed the previous week, the fitting consisted of a bag being handed to me ... Also I was told during my eye test that the optician from there other branch on Bow Rd would call so they could take a more detailed look at my eyes... ( still waiting)

        Easy to get an appointment within a week or so. Very helpful advice on managing styes. Very friendly.

        I have been using eye emporium since I moved to Roman road 2003 and I have had excellent service but the optican there now she is so so good can't fault her and Tash the receptionist goes above and beyond very courteous and polite from entering the shop to leaving .well done all keep up the good work
