    Stay away. Very poor customer communication tools, no telephone line numbers given or found, only a basic online chat where you will be left waiting for hours. In the event of urgent need they will not be there for you. Cancellation fees are against any moral principles.

    Ridiculus company . Bought an insurance policy that i cancelled. 4 months later they are still taking money from my account . Called to ask why . They told me that whilst buying the policy on line i requested personal accident insurnce to be included. So when i cancelled the policy i had to seperatley cancel the personal accident cover myself. Wouldnt touch them with a barge let alone a barge pole

    would give a 0 if i could, typical example of a company happy to take your money but consistently unavailable to be of service to you in any which way. simple admin tasks made utterly impossible by. ' please be directed to our website for any inquiries.' GOOGLE advertised phone number also unrecognised.

    Absolutely awful service. I was forced to cancel my policy within the 14-day calling off period - at a charge of 50 - as they couldn't change some details on the policy made in error. They then were trying to charge me an additional 300! 50 was money well spent to not use these cowboys. AVOID.

    Dont go with these guys terrible customer service if you can get hold of them, no phone number at all. Everything has to be done with live chat through a link buried within their FAQ. Also charged full cost of policy just to cancel it as if moved home
