So I have been looking at Ossies to cut my hair for eid, heard some good reviews and was initially quite excited. I called up to get some prices as you would. A man on the phone picked up he initially told me the price, varied prices at that, I was like ok and thanked him. Just before I hang up he accuses me of calling up multiple times with different voices, sounded very confrontational and rude. Not sure what was going through his head, but thats not a good first impression. I literally called with my number visible so he could verify if I was some prank caller that called multiple times. He lost a customer right there, surprised how they are still in business with customer service as appalling as that.
